El 28 de febrero de 1885 el ciudadano suizo Andreas Schürch (1835 - 1894), proveniente de Heimiswil en el Canton de Berna, firmó el contrato para iniciar la aventura de emigrar a Chile, junto con su familia. Por ello, queremos invitar a todos los descendientes de Andreas Schürch residentes en Chile a festejar los 125 años de su inmigración con un gran encuentro familiar, a realizarse el día domingo 28 de febrero 2010 en el Club Aguada Florencia, entre Pillanlelbún y Temuco (ver mapa). A esta fiesta se sumarán visitas de las organizaciones familiares Schürch de Suiza y Estados Unidos.
On February 28th, 1885, the Swiss citizen Andreas Schürch (1835 - 1894), from Heimiswil in the Canton of Bern, undersigned the contract to begin the adventure of emigration to Chile with his family. Therefore, we want to invite all the relatives of Andreas Schürch living in Chile to celebrate the 125 years of his immigration with a huge family meeting, to be held on Sunday, February 28th, 2010, in the Club Aguada Florencia, between Pillanlelbún and Temuco (see map). In this celebration some visitants representing the Schürch-Family organizations from Swiss and U.S.A. will be participating.
Am 28. Februar 1885 hat der Schweizer Andreas Schürch (1835 - 1894), aus Heimiswil im Kanton Bern, den Vetrag unterschrieben, um mit seiner Familie das Abenteuer der Auswanderung nach Chile zu beginnen. Daher möchten wir alle in Chile lebenden Nachkommen des Andreas Schürch zu einem grossen Familientreffen einladen, um die 125 Jahre der Einwanderung zu feiern. Das Fest wird am Sonntag den 28. Februar 2010 im Club Aguada Florencia, zwischen Pillanlelbún und Temuco (siehe Strassenkarte) stattfinden. Zu dieser Gelegenheit werden auch Vertreter der Schürchs-Familienorganisationen aus der Schweiz und USA anwesend sein.
